Kevin L. Cathcart began his career as an attorney in 1991, initially representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has practiced in state and federal courts in Oregon for 35 years, representing hundreds of individuals with matters involving settlements, mediations, jury trials, arbitrations and appeals. In 2002 Kevin also became a member of the Washington State Bar, and he has represented individuals in the state courts of Washington for 24 years.

Kevin exclusively represents individuals in matters against insurance companies, corporations, government entities and medical providers.
