Kevin L. Cathcart began his career as an attorney in 1991, when he worked for a senior litigation attorney representing both insurance companies and individuals in personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has practiced in the courts of Oregon statewide for 28 years, including multiple jury trials, arbitrations and appeals. In 2002 Kevin became a member of the Washington State Bar, and he has represented individuals in the courts of Washington for 18 years.

When his mentor retired, Kevin started his own firm in East Portland in 2001, exclusively representing individuals in matters against insurance companies, corporations, government entities and medical providers. Kevin is passionate in providing individualized attention to his clients. His philosophy is client centered, and he has an established reputation as an attorney who fights hard for his clients.
